What RealAIstate costs
A fixed fee, set by price bracket, not a percentage. Up to €200,000 you pay the base fee; above that, each €50,000 bracket adds €500 to the buyer's fee and €150 to the seller's. You pay only once the deed of sale (rogito) is signed. Everything in plain sight below.
Work out how much you save. And how much you pay.
Enter the price of the home: you see straight away how much you save and how much you pay, as a buyer and as a seller. No sign-up, no surprises.

Launch offer: sign up now and pay no fee on your first property transaction, whether you sell or buy, even if the deed of sale (rogito) is signed after the offer ends. All amounts are net of VAT (22%). The agency commission is a market estimate (typically 2-4% of the price for the buyer and 1-3% for the seller): the real amount depends on the contract. The comparison is about costs, not about the service.

Why a fixed fee and not a percentage
- Your price is none of our business. By design. A percentage commission ties what the agency earns to the price you close at: the incentive to push the price where it suits the agency — up to earn more, or down to close sooner — is built in. Our fee depends only on the €50,000 bracket, not on the exact price: within a bracket it is the same to the cent. RealAIstate has — categorically — nothing to gain from moving your sale price.
- You pay only once the deed of sale is signed. No advance payment, no cost if the sale doesn't go through.
- The same scheme for everyone. Up to €200,000 the base fee applies (€2,000 for the buyer, €500 for the seller); every further €50,000 adds €500 and €150. You can always redo the sum yourself.
The RealAIstate fees shown are the platform's official price list, net of VAT (22%) and due only once the deed of sale is signed. The comparison with an agency is a declared market estimate, on costs only.
