Who we are
RealAIstate is a web platform that gives private individuals the tools to handle the sale or purchase of their home on their own, with the support of artificial intelligence.
We collect only the data strictly needed for the service to work:
Email address — provided voluntarily through the sign-up forms on the site (free guide and updates, alerts on OMI data)
Where the sign-up came from — the page or campaign the request came from, to understand which content is useful
PEC address — optional, if you add it on your account page: it is used for communications about purchase proposals and their acceptance
Browsing data — collected through Google Analytics only if you accept analytics cookies (anonymised IP, pages visited, session length)
Advertising data — collected through the Meta pixel only if you accept cookies: the pages visited, the sign-up to the guide and, if you arrive from one of our ads on Facebook or Instagram, the identifier of that click. Your email is not sent to Meta.
We do not collect sensitive data or payment data.
How we use your data
To send you the free guide you requested and the newsletter with updates on the property market and on the platform (only with your consent)
To send you the alerts on OMI data for your area, if you asked for them: this is a consent separate from the newsletter, and you can have one without the other
To manage your account, if you create one, and the platform features you use
To analyse traffic on the site and improve the user experience, only if you accept analytics cookies
To measure the results of our ads on Facebook and Instagram, only if you accept cookies
Every communication contains a link to unsubscribe. Withdrawing one consent does not affect the other.
We do not sell, rent or transfer your data to third parties for commercial purposes.
Legal basis for processing
Explicit consent — for signing up to our email lists (guide and newsletter; alerts on OMI data) and for sending the related communications
Consent — for traffic analysis through Google Analytics and for measuring ads through the Meta pixel, given or refused with the cookie banner and revocable at any time
Third-party services
Supabase — database and authentication (accounts, requests for alerts on OMI data). Supabase privacy policy
Brevo — email list management and sending of communications. Brevo privacy policy
Google Analytics — traffic analysis with anonymised IP, only with your consent (see "Cookies" below). Google privacy policy
Meta (Meta Platforms Ireland Limited) — receives the data collected by the Meta pixel, which we use to measure our ads on Facebook and Instagram, only with your consent (see "Cookies" below). Meta privacy policy
The site uses two kinds of tools that store information in your browser:
Technical, always active — they make the site work: keeping you signed in to your account, keeping your conversation with AIgent as you move from page to page, remembering your cookie choice. They do not require consent.
Analytics and ad measurement, only if you accept — Google Analytics, which we use to count visits and understand which cities to open first, and the Meta pixel, which we use to measure our ads on Facebook and Instagram (for example, how many people who arrive from an ad sign up to the guide). They start only after you press "Accept" in the banner: if you decline, or don't choose, they are not loaded and the site works just the same.
If you accept, Google Analytics stores the cookies _ga and _ga_NPHF75Q28Z in your browser; the Meta pixel stores the cookie _fbp, which recognises your browser, and, if you arrive from one of our ads, the cookie _fbc, with the identifier of that click (which it also keeps in the browser's local storage). The pixel cookies expire after 90 days. The data collected by the pixel is received by Meta, which processes it according to its own privacy policy.
You can change your mind at any time from "Cookie preferences", at the bottom of the site's pages, or : if you withdraw your consent, Google Analytics and the Meta pixel stop collecting data and their cookies are deleted from your browser.
The map on property listings and the address search in the selling form are provided by Google Maps, which applies its own cookie rules: Google cookies.
Data retention
Email addresses — kept until consent is withdrawn or deletion is requested
Browsing data — aggregated and anonymised, kept for 14 months (Google Analytics setting)
Advertising data — the Meta pixel cookies expire after 90 days; the data received by Meta is kept according to its privacy policy
