RealAIstate is a digital platform that provides artificial intelligence tools to support the sale and purchase of property between private individuals. The service includes:

• Automatic property valuation through AI (Fair Price Score)
• Analysis of property photos
• Generation of optimised descriptions and listings

3. Informational nature of the service

The valuations, scores and analyses provided by RealAIstate's AI are for information only and do not constitute:

• Professional real estate advice within the meaning of the law
• A technical appraisal or official valuation of the property
• Legal or tax advice
• A guarantee on the sale or purchase price

RealAIstate is not a real estate agency. Users are responsible for their own decisions to buy or sell.

4. User obligations

• Provide truthful and accurate information about properties
• Not use the service for unlawful or fraudulent purposes
• Not publish content that is offensive, discriminatory or infringes the rights of others
• Not attempt to get around the platform's security systems
• Comply with the laws in force on the sale and purchase of property

5. Limitation of liability

• Decisions to buy or sell made on the basis of the AI analyses
• Any differences between the Fair Price Score and the actual market value
• The behaviour of third parties connected through the platform
• Interruptions of the service due to maintenance or technical causes
• Financial losses arising from the use of the service

6. Intellectual property

All content on RealAIstate belongs to Fabio Piccoli / RealAIstate and is protected by copyright law. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited.

7. Changes to the service

RealAIstate reserves the right to change, suspend or discontinue the service at any time, with or without notice.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the Court of Milan.
